3. Ordering & Contract Formation
• Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
• If, for any reason, we can not fulfil your order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Please note: Made-to-order, customised, or personalised pieces are non-cancellable once production has begun. These items are created specifically for you, and we’re unable to accept changes, cancellations, or refunds once the process is underway.

4. Product Information
• We strive for our photos and descriptions to be accurate; however, handcrafted jewellery may vary slightly in finish, colour, or size.
• Gemstones are natural and may show small inclusions.
• Dimensions are approximate.

5. Prices & Payment
• Prices are shown inclusive of VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if the error is obvious and could have been identified by you.
• For international orders, customs, import tax, or duties may be charged by your country and are your responsibility.

6. Delivery & Risk
• Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout. For made-to-order pieces, delivery is typically 6–8 weeks from the date of order. We’ll contact you if delays occur.
• Ownership of items transfers to you when delivered, and the risk passes to you upon delivery.
• If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• You have 14 days from receiving your items to request a return (unless otherwise stated in your local law).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
• Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, minus any return shipping costs (unless the fault is ours).
• Exchanges are not always possible; check with us first.
• To request a return, please contact us at hello@blondjewellery.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Made-to-order, customised, or personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We are unable to accept cancellations on these orders, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on goods ordered in error.

8. Warranty & Faulty Goods
• Your Blond jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.
• If a product is faulty, contact us and we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Liability & Limitation
• We are liable for foreseeable losses caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
• We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses (e.g. loss of profit).
• Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual Property & User Content
• All content on our site (images, text, logos) is our property or used with permission.
• Use of our content or designs without prior written permission is prohibited.
• If you submit images or reviews, you grant us a licence to use them in marketing (always crediting you where relevant).
• You represent that you own or have rights over any content you provide.

11. Data & Privacy
• We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We’ll use your email for order updates, marketing (if opted in), and customer service.

12. Changes To Terms
• We may update these terms from time to time.
• Any changes won’t affect orders already placed unless essential (and we’ll notify you).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by English law. However, if you live outside the UK, you may also be entitled to the protections of your local consumer laws.
