Shipping & Returns



At Blond, we aim to make your ordering experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Every piece is crafted and delivered with care. 


Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping on all orders, worldwide.
  • All orders are shipped securely via DHL Express.
  • In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on destination.
  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation, followed by tracking information once your piece has shipped.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Made-to-Order Pieces

Most Blond pieces are made to order, allowing us to create each one by hand especially for you.

  • Production time is approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order, customised, or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

 

Returns

We want you to love your Blond piece. If you’re not completely satisfied:

  • We accept returns on in-stock (only)items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging, certificates, and documentation.
  • Please use a tracked and fully insured courier when returning items — we’re unable to accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Faults & Repairs

Each Blond piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio.

  • If your jewellery arrives with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace your piece at no cost.
  • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage aren’t covered, but we offer repairs and maintenance services to help keep your jewellery looking its best.
